  • Postpartum Herbal Bath

Ayurveda recommends that new mothers take warm, herbal baths everyday for 6 weeks following childbirth.   • Belly Wrap Cloth

Traditionally, belly wrapping is done with a long piece of cotton cloth, wrapped many times around your entire torso and hips.
